Oil on canvas paper 16"x20"
Doesn't this look peaceful and relaxing? Like a summer hideaway, that's got my name written all over it!

Winters End
Oil on Canvas Paper 12"x16"
I did this painting based on an exercise meant for watercolors, but as I haven't yet mastered watercolors (or really found the desire to do so), I did it with oils. I like it, but there's something missing - there must be something I can do to make it zing, but I can't figure it out.

Fly a kite
I did this one first:
acrylic on paper 8"x10"
I liked it, alot, so decided to do it again, only bigger:
acrylic on paper 16"x20"
I can't decide which one I like better; still practicing!

Wet
Oil on Canvas Paper 12"x16"
I saw this painting at bed bath and beyond on a very large canvas and I really liked it and wanted to try it myself. I finished it in two nights, the first night putting down the basic undercolors and the second night blending and highlighting. There's probably more I could do to improve upon it, but I like the colors and the impression it gives and so: here it is. I need a better name for it - does anyone have any ideas?

Fall Road
oil on canvas paper 16"x20"
This is another picture that Terye sent to me that I procrastinated before painting because I didn't think I could do the picture justice. It was hard and I don't think I did well capturing the distance and depth, but it was fun and colorful and in the end I will include it in the ones I offer for sale at the next craft fair. What do you think I should offer it for? $30
Horizons

oil on canvas 18"x24"
I drive by this scene on my way to work from Bill's house in the morning and thought it made a good subject for painting. I will try this during other seasons as well. It's really pretty when the mountains are covered in snow on a bright clear morning when the hills are green and the sun is bright. It's equally pretty when it's overcast and the horizons are misty...
